Final Submission

The final version of accepted papers must be prepared according to the IEEE Xplore formatting procedure.
Any accepted paper submitted without using this procedure will not be included in IEEE-Xplore.
You also need to add 1 line, in the footnote of the first page, to your final (camera ready) version of your paper the IEEE copyright notice : 979-8-3315-7840-4/26/$31.00 ©2026 IEEE This is mandatory for all papers of authors not in the following groups :
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-7840-4/26/$31.00 ©2026 Crown

Submissions must follow IEEE PDF eXpress requirements.
Before Creating a PDF : Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ site
- First-time users should do the following : 1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
  2. Enter the following: 68968X for the Conference ID and your email address as password.
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
  An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
- 4. Enter account information and submit.
- 5. Click « Continue » followed by « Create new title » for checking and converting the file.
- It is better to submit a MS Word file, so PDF Express will directly convert it to the right format.
- 6. Browse and upload the file.
- 7. Finally, click on the Paper Title to view the PDF.

– Keep the PDF name, as per the name given by the pdf-express website and submit the paper on the web site : https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICSMACS2026/
– Please send the files before the deadline: April,05, 2026.Any paper that is over 6 pages is charged 50 €/page up to a maximum of two extra pages. – Generally, the PDF file name will be a large number (don’t change the name of the file ).

IEEE Copyright form (doc) must also be uploaded on the https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICSMACS2026/ web site.
Complete IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF)
The copyright form must be completed through the CMT Author Console.
You will find the “IEEE Copyright Form” link next to your submission.
Only one author needs to complete the form on behalf of all co-authors.
Deadline: April, 5, 2026.
The paper cannot be included in IEEE Xplore without a completed copyright form

At least one author of every accepted paper must complete conference registration by April, 15, 2026 for the paper to be included in the official proceedings.
A full registration covers one paper (up to 6 pages).
For each additional paper, an extra fee of €50 / 5000 DZD applies.
Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one of its authors or an approved substitute.
Bank information will be provided at a later date.
A Google Form will be sent to the authors for registration.
PhD students must submit a valid student certificate along with the proof of payment.

The registration fee covers lunch, the banquet, the conference proceedings, and a conference bag. A city tour and the gala dinner are also included.
Please note that accommodation is not included. Kindly refer to the accommodation page for hotel information.
Late registration (after May , 15 , 2026) will incur a surcharge.
