Oral Presentations

  • Time allocation: 15 minutes talk + 5 minutes Q&A.
  • Formats: PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF (template available:  https://icsmacs2026.org/).
  • On-site procedure: Bring your presentation on a USB drive (both .pptx and .pdf). Please arrive before the session to upload to the room laptop and check display with the Session Chair.
  • Important: Oral presenters are not required to prepare a poster.

Poster Presentations

  • Poster size & orientation: A0 (841 × 1189 mm), portrait.
  • Printing: Posters will be printed by the conference for your convenience.
  • How to submit for printing:
    1. Prepare your poster in both PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF (template available:  https://icsmacs2026.org/).
    2. ZIP the two files together.
    3. Name the ZIP file: Paper_ID_XX_Registered_Author_FIRST_NAME.zip
      • Example: Paper_ID_36_Registered_Author_LI.zip
    4. Upload the ZIP (CMT supplementary file) before the 25 of June to allow printing services.

For online participation

  • Please send your ppt before 29 June 2026 (CMT account : supplementary file) : Paper_ID_XX_Registered_Author_FIRST_NAME.ppt
