Papers should be written according to IEEE standard ( Word Template ) .
Papers should not exceed 6 pages. Any page over 6 pages will be charged 50 USD/page up to a maximum of two (2) extra pages.
Only PDF files will be accepted.
A maximum file size of 2 MB for all uploaded papers will only be accepted.
English is the language of the conference.
The acceptance of the papers submitted to ICSMACS’26 will be based on quality, relevance and originality.
Each paper will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers (single-blind), and accepted papers will be presented either orally or as posters.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
Only papers falling within IEEE’s technical scope will be eligible for submission to IEEE Xplore. Papers outside this scope will not be considered for publication.
